The XIII International Forum «Modern information society formation: problems, perspectives, innovation approaches» will be organized in the period from September 5 to September 10, 2012. It will take place on the board of the comfortable cruise ship «Vissarion Belinsky» cruising from Saint Petersburg with stops at Goritsy (visiting St. Pherapont and St. Cyril Monasteries) and Valaam Island by the rivers Neva and Svir, lakes Ladoga, Onega and Whitelake which are the pearls of the Russian North-West region.

In the frame of the International Forum will be organized the following:
